All providers are contractually bound by data processing agreements (DPAs) in accordance with GDPR Art. 28.

End-customer data processed on behalf of our customers remains under the control of the respective customer.

Incomplete demo-form snapshots are automatically deleted after 30 days. Successfully submitted enquiries become CRM records and follow the applicable customer, contractual, legal, and sales-record retention rules.
Data may be anonymized instead of deleted where appropriate.
